Peachtree Polish Georgia Autumn Collection

Hello everyone, today I'm going to be sharing my swatches and review with you from The Georgia Autumn Collection by Peachtree Polish. I came across Peachtree Polish on Instagram. After following them for a while I decided to purchase my first order back in 2016, and I've been a fan every since. My latest purchase was this beautiful collection which I ordered during the Black Friday sale (which arrived exactly a week later). At first glance the shades in the collection reminded me of the color of leaves when they change colors in the beginning of fall. The collection is filled with warm tones, glitter, shimmer, and holographic polishes. Although fall will be over in two weeks, you can wear these shades through out the winter with your favorite sweater or scarf. If your anything like me, I wear whatever shade I want any time of the year. Lets get started!

Thanksgiving Nails

Holiday nail art is my favorite type of nails to do, especially around this time of year. Thanksgiving is approaching and its time for my annual turkey manicure. Today I'm going to show you some pictures of my Thanksgiving nails. I originally wanted to show you how I achieved this look via tutorial but my tripod broke while I was recording. Of course I was very upset because I only had a few more steps to record before I was finished. However, I wasn't going to let something like a broken tripod stop me, so I decided to just keep it moving. Ok so lets get started, I used a total of eight nail polishes to achieve this look. Do not let the number eight discourage you from trying this design, most of the polishes were just used for tiny details. First, lets start with the main color which is Teal Twin by Sally Hansen. I painted my thumb, middle, and pinky finger with this shade. On my middle finger I added a glitter ombre with Juliette by ILNP Boutique Nail Lacquer. Second, I us…

Editorial Nail Design

Hey guys, Today I wanted to show you my attempt at trying editorial nail art. For those of you that are not familiar with editorial nail art, let me explain(keep in mind this my definition/interpretation of editorial nail art, you are welcomed to comment down below if I missed anything). Editorial nails are what you might see in a magazine, on the red carpet, or on the runway. The days of wearing a french tip, red, and nude manicures are over. Nail art has transformed into mini pieces of art that are painted onto your tiny nail bed. In recent years we have seen everything from foil, beads, rhinestones, chains, spikes, magnets, and even textured polish to achieve the latest nail art trend. One thing that I notice about editorial nails is that they often feel complex but have such a simple look to them. For example, here is the nail design that I came up with. Some other editorial nail designs may include abstract lines, squares, circles, sculpting techniques, and any other polishes or…

Smooshy Zipper Nails

Hey guys! Lately I been a little uninspired with my nails. Don't you hate it when that happens? I've found that when your creative juices stop flowing its best to try something you never done before. I decided to try a smooshy mani. I've seen a lot of people on Instagram do it but I guess I just never got around to trying it. If your not sure about what a smooshy mani is, then let me explain. You will need at least three colors. Next, you apply each color to your stamper and make sure you only apply a few drops at a time. Last, you apply the nail polish to your nails using your stamper, which gives your nails a marble effect. I'm pretty sure there are other ways to do it but this worked best for me. Oh, and don't forget to use your cuticle peel off protector because it can get kind of messy. After when I decided to try smooshy nails I needed more. So I went through my nail art supplies and found zipper water decals from a bundle monster mystery bag that I got ages …
